Customers are required to contact the Contact Center/Info Center or any of the Customer Energy Centers (CECs) and will be informed regarding the debt due to which they have been disconnected from the grid and will be sent a re-connection invoice.
Information regarding the debt become due and payable is also available on My EVN Home profile; the platform also offers possibility for filling re-connection request, once the debt is paid. Once the payment for the debt and re-connection invoice has been paid, by providing proof thereof, the customer will be reconnected to the distribution grid.
