What is an electricity consent (Decision for consent for connection to the distribution grid)?

A decision on consent for connection to a distribution grid is a document issued by Elektrodistribucija DOOEL that defines the conditions for connecting the customer to the distribution grid. It defines the obligations of Elektrodistribucija and the obligations of the customer. The conditions must be met by both sides. For any customer who does not have such a document, the connection is considered illegal and he or she is not planned for as a customer in the existing capacity of the distribution grid.

What is the new connection fee? Is it fixed?

For all standard connections, the amount of the connection fee is defined in accordance with the Grid Rules for Electricity Distribution and depends on the voltage level of the connection (determined as the product of the approved simultaneous power in kW and the price per kW).
The connection fee is determined in the price list.
For non-standard connections, connection fee is calculated as a sum of the building costs for the connection pursuant to an individual design and the costs for creating technical conditions in the distribution system (product of the approved simultaneous power (in kW) and the price per kW approved by the Energy Regulatory Commission).
