If a customer wants a connection cable (damaged cable, cut cable) to be replaced, they should submit a request for the service - MKAX033 at any of the Customer Energy Centers (CEC) and to pay for the service asked.
The connection cable is owned by the customer and the costs of replacement thereof are born by the customer. The service is payable based on the Service Pricelist. If the customer prefers buying the cable themselves and having the cable replaced by a third-party licensed electrician, then, prior to commencing the replacement works, they should submit a request for no-voltage state at the CECs - MKAX033. Once the grid is placed in a no-voltage state, the customer can have their supply cable replaced.
The request for no-voltage state is charged based on the Service Pricelist.
