EVN Macedonia won the first place in the category "E-trader with the best e-payment experience" and is the winner of the award "Best website for invoice payment" for 2023 thanks to the "EVN Online" portal, which represents integrated online service for EVN Home customers, for easier receipt, overview and payment of electricity invoices. The ceremonial event for awarding the prizes and announcing the winners was carried out by the Association for E-Commerce of Macedonia - AETM.
A big number of Macedonian companies participated in the "E-Commerce Awards" competition, companies that by integrating various e-services in their functionalities, directly contribute to the development of digitalization in the country and provide citizens with significant relief in their daily lives.
"EVN Online" has been active since 2013. Customers’ interest has been steadily growing – since the very beginning, but peaked during the first months of the pandemic. Currently, around 300.000 monthly customers use the payment services. In addition to a large number of services offered by "EVN Online", such as receiving invoices electronically, reviewing invoices at any time, reporting consumption conditions, etc., the portal allows customers to receive a confirmation of a paid invoice on their e-mail as well.
